Handy House Cleaning

Our cleaner didn't show at the scheduled time, but I had his number and called. The scheduling app had sent him an hour later than what I had booked. Then, he came right over and stayed a full five hours and completed everything, including interior windows! We are very pleased with the ease of Handy.com and the price and the result!

The pro didn't show up for the scheduled cleaning. I received a text AT the time she was supposed to be there saying the cleaning had to be rescheduled for two days later. Again, the pro didn't show up. No notification at all this time. The pro could not be reached via phone or text (no voice mail set up and no responses to texts). There is no phone number for the company listed ANYWHERE online. I finally found a number to call from the message the company originally sent me through Angie's List. I called it, sat on hold for 15 minutes and then when someone finally answered, she immediately tried to give me a different number to call when I explained the issue. I told her I didn't want to call someone else, because I had already been on hold for a long time and I was frustrated. She said she would connect me with a specialist. I sat on hold 5 more minutes - and then it sounded like I was connected to a fax machine and then it disconnected. Angie's List should not ever recommend this company to anyone. If the company cannot be reached, there is something wrong.
