He tinted the car with Ceramic Window Tinting, and it had bubbles, and dirt under the film. Very difficult to reschedule to get fixed once there was an issue. The tint was also blurry and hard to see out at night on the driver side windows and rear window while the rest were fine. He refused to see the issue and fix it. He replaced one window that had dirt under the film, and the new film had the same issues. I contacted the manufacture of the film about the blurry issues, he asked what company, and found out the film he sold me was not Ceramic as he has never sold Ceramic which is all he advertises. The owner could not provide a roll or lot number to the manufacture that sells him the product to prove otherwise if it was their film or ceramic. Mike mentioned that he only uses this film from this manufacture, so it is not another one. Sadly, I got screwed on a tint job which I now have to take to a reputable shop to get redone and Mike refuses to give a refund for a crappy job which he admitted to. He was suppose to get back with the manufacture on getting warranty issue resolved, and he has not. Be warned, do not use this business. Very shady business practices and lies about what film he installs. I had it verified by another tint job this film was not Ceramic.
