 + -1 moreWe had hail damage that required replacement of our entire roof. Mitchel does the work himself which brings the cost of replacement way down. One other company actually told us that they "have a lot of overhead and a large profit margin". The difference in appraisals was in the range of $3500. This allowed us to get a higher rated shingle and four additional vents and still stay well below the competitor's appraisal. Mitchel and his crew were out the next day, and had the job complete by the end of the second day. Clean up could have been a bit better, but we only found a handful of roof nails. Overall, he was professional and answered any questions we had. The work was completed quickly and 7 months later, it still looks great.
Description of Work: Full shingle replacement with an addition of 4 vents.
