CJ was very professional from start to finish. He was available whenever I had a question about the home-buying process. He went out of his way to work with my schedule when I wanted to view homes. It took a couple offers but CJ kept my spirits high throughout the entire process. Even after buying the house he still keeps in contact to make sure everything is ok.

Kathy Sanders, our realtor, was amazing! We cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She was very military friendly and even went as far as finding us discounts (at closing) through our bank (USAA). We were moving to Abilene from overseas and had two weekends that we were available to fly out to Abilene to house hunt. She made herself available both weekends (virtually all weekend), and she showed us numerous homes each time. She answered any and all of our questions very promptly and helped us to get to know Abilene quickly. She was also very straightforward and sincere. We will be recommending her to everyone!

From the time our search began, Janet was devoted to assisting us in finding the perfect home for our family. She was proactive in finding answers about properties we were interested in. She is detail oriented and knows what she is doing as a realtor. She communicated with us often to keep us updated. She gets right to the point when asking questions and was honest in her answers. We appreciated that openness. She knows Abilene well. We would not have found and bought the home we wanted without her.

We were looking to sell our home. The market isn't very good. He was very creative, and he found someone to rent our home. I had never considered that. He did an excellent job negotiating and working through the problem. I thought he went above and beyond the experience I've had with other realtors. He gave very personal attention.

She put a picture of my kitchen trash can on the internet listing. There wasn't a picture of my landscaped yard. The pictures she used on the brochures were really small and dark. I couldn't even tell that it was my house. My daughter called to inquire about the house and left 6 messages with her. She never did call her back. She picked the worst day to have the open house and only 2 people showed up.
