+ 0 moreI'll start by mentioning that the customer service at CFR is by far some of the best I have ever dealt with. The owner Randy was very accommodating and always went the extra mile to help us get squared away. All services provided were of great quality and completed in a timely manner. When they replaced the roof, a lot of the work they provide upgraded the previous roof work that was completed 2 years prior. You can tell that the crews that perform the work for CFR are kept around for a reason as they are great at what they do. They also had a sub contractor install soffit vents, a cricket, and gutters... All of which as great as the roof. All the crews ensured the area was properly cleaned up afterwards as well.
Description of Work: Replaced Roof, Gutters and minor carpentry work.

+ -1 moreWill not recommend or use Clear Fork again which is disappointing because they were highly recommended by a well thought of friend.
Description of Work: Made an initial contact with Clearfork to check roof for damage after a hail storm. Was contacted by Jacob Pruitt with a report on damage and price to make repairs. Mr. Pruitt told us an approximate date the repair would occur. We called back on three different occasions and left messages for Mr. Pruitt which were never returned and work was never done. Finally contacted another roofer which came the same day and made repairs the next.

+ -1 moreI received the name of this roofer from a reputable realtor in town that deals with many contractors. Their ad states that they are bonded and insured since 1979, but they have not responded to our calls, requests and messages. I will leave an additional review from the roofer that we are now calling for our roofing repairs.
Description of Work: After a recent storm in our area, I contacted Clear Fork to get an estimate on damage to our roof and to the roof of our daughter's house. We have the same insurance provider and he asked us both to have roofs inspected for damage. I was contact by Jacob Pruitt of Clear Fork to inform me that we did not have any roof damage but my daughter's roof did have damage that needed to be repaired. He asked for my daughter's phone number and said he would call her to set up repair work. My daughter never did hear from Mr. Pruitt so I called him back. He told me that there was damage and would send a crew to work on her roof. Several weeks passed and I had not heard anything further from Mr. Pruitt. I again called Mr. Pruitt and left several messages that were never returned asking about the status of her repairs. We have now contacted another roofer to do the work and I left Mr. Pruitt a message stating that Clear Fork's services were no longer needed as we were contacting another roofing company.

+ -1 moreClearfork did an excellent job on my roof and cleaned up the area where the shingles were removed. The crews were respectful and appeard to work on scheduled time. Several rains have occurred and we have not any issues with the roof such as leaking or wind damage to the shingles. Very satisified and will certainly use this company again. Salesmen with this company were honest and fair.
