Description of Work: We first made contact in mid-February. He did not come to my house to take a look until the first or second week of March. He said he would do the service and give me a quote by the end of that week, if not that day. I did not receive a quote from him until almost three weeks later. I agreed to it and he said he would do it that following week. He did not and rescheduled at last minute. He did this one more time before I found someone else to do it.
