Eddie, and his other electrician, Ty came over to do the work took maybe an hour hour and a half, and did well.
Description of Work: Replaced broken electric meter base which was damaged by our neighbors fallen tree.

They're great. The boss of the crew was here the first day and also after the guys finished the work, they came out again to check on their work. They're very professional and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to and they point out the things that needed to be fixed and I'm happy because everything's working now. There's a plug behind where they go and they did touch the washer and the dryer and the washer was plugged in to the extension cord and that was due to wiring in a wrong way. They missed something somewhere along the line but it was fixed.
Description of Work: I used the electrical service of Best Electric. They replaced my circuit breaker box and they also did some troubleshooting on some wiring issues that I had in the house. They also found a problem on the polarity reverse and they fixed that. They installed some plugs and they also installed the grounding rod. I have one line through the kitchen room and the laundry room and they split that up into different circuit breaker.

This company is so good, my narrative will sound contrived, but it is not. We have had them come and do repair/service work 3 times. This scenario (below) is how each service call went: 1. Technician arrived within 5 minutes of the originally agreed time 2. All repairs and service was performed in a pleasant but professional manner 3. All areas were left as clean as before the work was done. All work done properly. 4. Following the 2nd service call, the new exhaust fan began making a vibrating noise after 2-3 weeks of use 5. The company sent a service person back to our house and the problem was corrected - company not willing to accept any pay for the service call; apparently they have a 1-year 100% satisfaction policy I am satisfied beyond my expectations. We have lived in the house for nearly 30 years and have not had need of much repair-work. This company is spectacular using any measure. I wouldn't consider using anyone else. Glad I am not employed as a competitor of theirs!!

Absolutely great experience. Prompt response for the estimate, then performed work as requested. Even when he ran into a few snags (my house wasn't quite straightforward) he still stuck to his estimated amount. Always on time and very thorough! I will definitely call them again the next time I need any electrical work!
Description of Work: They added a 220 Outlet for my hot tub and ran speaker wire through my attic for a surround sound.

Description of Work: Complete wiring of new home. One of the most professional sub-contractors I've ever worked with. He has wired 3 homes for us and we had no problems with the electrical in any of them. Very creative with lighting both interior and landscape.
