Abilene Glass and Mirror was extremely professional throughout the process. They provided new windows throughout our entire home at a reasonable price. Both Luke and Jamie were great to work with; and we would use them again.

Was told that rep would call back on day we visited showroom - did not happen. Was told that rep would call/come on a certain day - did not happen. When contacted for appointment, was told rep would come in the morning - did not happen. Heard from rep, mid-afternoon, gave instructions to our house. Rep did not show after 45 minutes, I called AGand M and was informed that rep could not find our house so had returned to Abilene. After taking the time to drive 55 minutes and was within 15 minutes of our house, he did not call back or wait for us to come get him! I know he had a phone, he could have called back for clarification or used a GPS(?), or waited for us to come get him. We have used several vendors from Abilene and all have arrived on time with no problems, therefore I know that it is not difficult to find us. Very disappointed because this company was recommended by our builder.

We called several companies for a bid. They gave a competitive bid and had a good selection of options on high quality windows. The windows were neatly installed when promised. We have been very satisfied with the windows and the installation.
