+ -1 moreHorrible customer service. I’ve wasted hours on the phone trying to straighten this out. I get transferred, disconnected, have to tell the same story over and over and over.
Description of Work: MONI is the absolute worst company I have dealt with in years. They are suppose to monitoring my homes alarm.. the equipment started failing within months of when MONI took over my contract. Now they say I owe them nine months worth of service fees (approx. $430) before they will cancel my contract. So I’m suppose to finish paying for service on equipment they can’t keep working?? I do t think so.

+ -1 moreWould not hire again, Smith Thompson is the better route.
Description of Work: Moni will rope you in and explain minimal terms to you and then say you are locked into a 60 month contract. Customer Service - always a long wait The agents are condescending and could care less to fix any disagreements or issues.
