+ -1 moreIt went the same as all the other times. I will say it worked about two wks. longer this time but the leaking is back. I have 7 mos. left on my years plan, so I will continue to call them. They replaced it once. However it their ice maker doesn't work that doesn't help. It has the same problems as the last one. Samsung should be made to stand behind their products. I will never own another one.
Description of Work: Samsung Ice maker hasn't worked since I have had it. They have worked on it approximately once a month for 2 1/2 yrs. Warranty expired 3 mos. after problem started. Samsung washed their hands of it and their solution was to purchase a plan with Sears, which I did. They had been working on it since that time. It is still not working right, it leaks.

+ -1 moreDryer was repaired and washing machine routine maintenance was accomplished. The technician was on time, worked well and explained what he was doing as he made the repairs and inspections.
Description of Work: Dryer not working, technician inspected and troubleshot the dryer determine the problem. On the same visit the washing machine routine inspection and maintenance was scheduled.
