Description of Work: My husband and I were getting estimates for building a sunroom addition plus a detached garage. Mr. Reed's name was given to us by a neighbor. Mr. Reed promptly came out to meet us and to look at our plans. A week later, we had an appointment scheduled to go over the estimate. He was over an hour late. My husband and I could not wait on him any longer (we had an unrelated engagement). Mr. Reed left a message on my husband's phone. Not only did he not apologize for being late, the prices he quoted were twice as much as two separate contractors.
