Everything works just fine now. We were only charged one service call charge even though they came out three times.

The owner of the business who came out and quoted the job was very professional. I did not make any price comparisons. They were two months behind schedule in getting started on the project. They did finish it rather quickly but the workmanship was not great. I had to have them come back and redo some things and fix some problems. I had them come out and look at the job months before I needed them to come out and do the work. They had ample opportunity to finish the job but they did not. I was not very satisfied either with their punctuality or with the quality of the work. The most frustrating part was I could not move with the house until they had the job done. The owner realized how much it had set me back and offered a ten-year free service on the unit.

They came out within a couple of hours of my call. The issue was diagnosed within 5 minutes. They had to order the part (not an authorized dealer of my brand of central unit) and within 48 hours, the part was in and my Central unit was up and running. This is the 2nd time I've used this company and they have been very honest and helpful with both issues that I had with my unit(s).
