Rodney went to numerous properties with my family until we found the one! Rodney helped us negotiate the perfect price and helped in all the paperwork. I would recommend Rodney and Georgia to anyone who is purchasing a property in the state of Tennessee or like me, a person from out of the state who wants to eventually move "back home." They are fantastic to work with!!
Description of Work: My husband and I purchased a retirement/vacation home in Tennessee and Rodney and Georgia Anderson Realty helped us in accomplishing this purchase even though we lived in another state.

Description of Work: They helped find our dream home! We were out of state and they went out of their way to help us long distance to find, put in contract and close on the property. In addition we were unable to relocate until a month after closing and Georgia and Rodney looked out for our property until we got there.
