Price was within $10.00 of estimate. Came 10 minutes early ON THE AGREED DAY. Cleaned up left over material. Ask if I wanted any of it. Or did I want him to haul away. Helper was polite. Both answered questions with NO attitude. Work completed in estimated time frame. Would call again and recommend to guy and lady friends. They didn't talk down to me when explaining something I had NO CLUE about. I respect that.

This guy is a perfectionist. He did things so perfectly. I feel he went above and beyond the call of duty. The old valves did not have gauges on them. He put gauges on the new ones so that I could monitor the pressure myself. He made sure everything was clean and neat when he left. You wouldn't have even known he was there. I took a picture of the work when he was done because of how good it was. It was perfect.

We called Absolute Comfort Control after waiting for almost 2 weeks for our regular Air Conditioning Repair Company to and quot;get aroundand quot; to fixing our system. Our offices had NO air conditioning for the total 2 weeks during the 95 degree weather we had. We called Absolute on July 10, 2012 (Tuesday) around 3pm. They came out immediately (we are in Newport, they are located in White Pine). They worked to correct the problem we were having for several hours, including having to get parts. While they were working (on the roof of our building) a storm hit us, with rain and lightning. To our surprise, they continued to work until the job was finished, even in the storm, while they were exposed to the weather on the roof of the building. The first repair was done, and we were only charged $210.00 for the repair, and the largest part of that cost was the parts that were replaced. We were so impressed with their company and their pricing, we had them come and do some more work on July 16, 2012. They repaired a second air conditioning unit on that day, and also repaired the air conditioning unit in the apartment that is attached to our warehouse. This repair was only $300.00 and again, a large part of the cost was for parts. We were only charged a $50.00 service call charge, even though they came all the way from White Pine, and they treated us like our business was important to them. We did not have to wait long for them to come and do the repairs. We are definitely happy with their work and will call them in the future if there are any other items that need repaired.
