 + -1 moreI spoke to Mr Todd (5-11-22) and set up a meeting for today (5-14-22) to get a key made for my vehicle. I didn't hear from him all day then when I do finally manage to get ahold of him all he has to say is that he's busy eating with his wife. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! You do not make an appointment with a customer, leave them waiting all day only to reply you are out eating with your wife and no other word, that's b*******!!

Description of Work: I met Todd and his wife in a professional setting that was non locksmith related. He noticed that I was anxious about my Prius unlocking because the battery was going dead in my keyless entry device. I explained that the dealership wanted over $200 to replace the battery. With the holidays coming up, this was an expense that wasn't in my budget. And that is how I found out that Todd is a Locksmith. This wonderful man not only fixed/replaced the battery in my keyless entry device, but then didn't charge me anything. I felt like I had just met Santa Claus and he talked to me about the movie "Pay it Forward" and I was the lucky person to receive from him. This man was so kind and professional that I had to hold back tears, because he had no idea how much of blessing this was for me. I will be using Todd's Locksmith Service and highly recommend him. There are still good and honest people in this world and Todd is one of them!

 + -1 moreI called several locksmiths and this was the first one that I actually got a live person to answer the phone. He told me that he had another job and that he would get to me next. He called to tell me that he was on his way. The gentleman was curteous and professional. He took about an hour to finish the job, and explained what he had done.

 + -1 moreThe locksmith did a good job with his work. He isn't a perfectionist, so If you are he might not be the best to go with. However, he was able to eyeball the lock and do a good job. The lock I originally wanted would not work with the type of door on my shed. He was very helpful in explaining it to me and going out of his way to find a suitable lock. Not only that, he found it for me at a good price. Finally, he had to arrive twice because of the lock, but only charged me for one trip. The turnaround for finding the second lock was 24 hours, which I thought was very helpful.
Description of Work: He placed a lock on my storage shed. He charged me a little less for the service call fee ($35 instead of $40) because he was held up on a previous job, and the lock itself was heavy duty ($35).
