More like AllGREAT! They came out the very next day after we called, were so very nice and professional, got us all taken care of in about an hour and a half. We weren't home so they called to let us know we needed a front section cleaned out as well and we really appreciate them getting permission before doing anything extra. Our yard was put back just as good as before they started, they take a lot of pride in their work. We definitely plan on recommending them to anyone who asks and calling them when we need their services again. This was our first go at using Angie's List to find the help we needed and it couldn't have gone better.

We had a slow drain in our house with toilets occasionally backing up. I called and made an appointment for them to come pump out our septic system. Ernie came out at exactly the arranged time. Before he opened up the septic tank he told me what we might expect to find and what each possible condition found would mean. He quickly located the septic tank and opened a very minimal area over the tank. We found high water levels in the tank, which meant the fill lines were not functioning adequately. He went on and pumped out the septic tank and then tested my fill lines by inserting a long metal rod into the ground. He found that two of my fill lines were saturated and two were dry, and he explained what could cause that to happen. He suggested we try to see what would happen for a few weeks since the tank had been pumped out instead of pressuring me to have the added expense of digging up the fill lines. He was very professional in everything he did and charged us exactly what he said he would, even though he went to the extra effort to test the fill lines. If we do have to have more work done, I will definitely use this company again. Thanks, Ernie!

Located septic tank. House built in 2005. Tank had never been cleaned. We are 2nd owner. Probed around to find tank and excavated for the cover. Ernie had some difficulty getting the cover off and was super careful not to damage the cover. Finally got it off with minimum chipping to cover. He was very honest explaining it might be damaged during the removal process. Pumped the tank. Inspected the tank to the extent he could. Said it looked fine. Covered over the cover. Thought he did fine job. Would definitely use him again.

Very conscientious, professional, personable and honest. Being relatively new to living in a home with a septic system, we appreciated the time he took to educate us about septic tank facts-of-life and maintenance. Septic apparently had not been serviced properly for over 20 years, in spite of assurances by previous home owners that it had been done recently (before we bought the home in 2010).

When I called, Ernie said he could be here the next morning and was right on time. He was very nice and friendly. He got right to work and was very knowledgable. He did a great job and gave me some good maintenance tips. I would highly recommend Allgood to anyone and I will never use anyone else.

Called Allgood to pump my septic tank. Ernie came out promptly the next morning. He located the tank and excavated the cover. He pumped out the tank and used a long garden rake like tool to break up the solids and suck them out. He was professional, went straight to the job, and did not try to sell me any extras like additives or chemicals. I would use him again in an instant and have recommended him to family.
