It didn't. No one ever showed up and you guys are still billing me. I want a refund or someone to do the work.

The Service Company has been my go-to for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing service since 2014 when I was first introduced to them. I truly don't know what I would do without these guys. Joe and Paul are two of the kindest people I've ever met. Joe's wife, Paige, is also incredibly kind, and she's always very responsive to calls and emails, whether in an emergency or just routine service. These great folks make you feel like family, genuinely, without even trying. In a world full of negatives, I always know that doing business with The Service Company is going to be a positive experience. Joe is one of the most professional people with which to conduct business, but he's also friendly, approachable and relatable. He explains things to homeowners in ways that they understand exactly what's going on, what options are available, and the best resolution given whatever situation arises. I've encountered just about every situation that requires help from businesses like The Service Company. It is a relief to know that, at least with regard to HVAC, electrical and plumbing needs, I never have to worry, since I have the best folks looking out for me. You will absolutely not regret reaching out to The Service Company when your home needs TLC. They are the real deal, and if you’re like me and don’t have time for anything but honesty, reliability, and competitive prices, do yourself a favor and call The Service Company. They will not disappoint.

We've used them multiple times, they are very reasonable. At our old house they came and out installed a water heater. They were there in an hour and their price beat anyone else. Anytime we've needed them we call them they are here with in a few hours at least. They get the work done and send us a bill.

The price was several hundred dollars less than everyone else. It was excellent and it was a quality gas hot water heater.

They were upfront about prices and how it would work with my home warranty, with no hidden or exorbitant fees, as well as accurately estimating the time it would take to get the part and fix the issue. They presented all possibilities and options so we could choose the plan that suited us best. They helped to choose the best location for the panels taking measurements to be sure the panels would fit. The installation was delayed a few weeks because of weather and holidays. The installation took only a few days. The wokmanship was of the highest quality. Most of the work was done by the owner and his son. They can be trusted to do a proffessional job of the highest quality whether you are there to supervise or not

I have a home warranty with Old Republic and when our hvac started acting funny, Old Republic assigned Solar Sales and Service to us. They were supposed to call within 24 hours and I heard nothing from them for three days. On the fourth day our HVAC problems changed from not urgent at all to possibly pretty urgent, So I called them. The girl who answered the phone said they couldn't come for four days, which would be acceptable had she been nice about it, it is January after all- but she was excessively rude. The furnace was making a smokey smell, so I asked her if we would need to leave it off until it was serviced or if that was normal for the first extremely cold day of the year, and she basically told me in an exasperated tone that I'd best not and quot;mess with itand quot; or my house might burn down and Old Republic wouldn't cover it, (implying that I was tampering with something?). I was only asking because it was 20* at the time and I wasn't going to leave the heat off for 4 days with a toddler in the house if it wasn't necessary. The point is, I can't say if their service is good or not, maybe it is the best around, but there are too many companies out there to give business to one that is as rude over the phone to a potential customer as this receptionist was. I know they get paid less for doing jobs for a warranty, but there is never an excuse to treat people that way without being provoked at all.

Solar Sales and Service were very nice and professional. The problem was, they made the water leak worse in both of my bathrooms. I was not satisfied with their work.
