New Direction

New Direction Painting did a phenomenal job painting our new home! From the trim work, to the walls...even wallpaper! The end results surpassed our expectations and the work was done timely and efficiently. Thank you, Jared and team!

Went great. Stopped by and provided an accurate quote. His team promptly came by and completed the job within the five timeline. We were remote and there was no issues with getting into the house and completing everything in a timely fashion.

They showed up each day when they said they would. They finished the job on the time they said. Professional and still friendly. Made sure I was satisfied as they went. They moved furniture back where I wanted it when they were thru. I love my colors and have had compliments already. Would recommend New Direction to others. I liked that they were local.

Awful experience. Jared left our house in horrible condition and completely unfinished. The exterior paint job was never fully completed and we are having to replace trim because of their mistakes, the interior was not finished including our kitchen cabinets that were left looking awful. We were asked weekly for more money- not at all going by what was stated in their contract. When he didn’t get his way about money being given whenever he asked, we were cussed out. They broke the contract by not showing up anymore and never reached out to try and make things right or finish the job. After all of this, we were made aware of some troubling things- do your research before you hire!! I would not recommend this company whatsoever. We were highly disappointed in the job and the lack of professionalism during this job.

Jared arrived for our estimate and for the actual job exactly when scheduled. He was very personable. He and his crew were very efficient and the entire job proceeded as outlined. I am very pleased with the results and would recommend New Directions to others.

Wonderful painters. I have used them before and would definitely use them again. Honest, they come when they say they will. Clean up their work. Really nice guys!!

Quick to respond and on time. Very professional and a competitive bid. They sprayed our cabinets around our island in the kitchen. Very nice work! They look beautiful. Wouldn’t even know they were hear after the cleanup.

So nice (and rare) to find OUTSTANDING WORK, FAIR PRICING and someone who shows up ON TIME!! Jared and team work fast, take great care to protect furniture, and do a fantastic job cleaning up. I have used his service twice.and wouldn't think of calling anyone else for future painting.
