doors, mobile home remodeling
+ 0 moreI never received my door. It was getting close to the 3-4 week delivery time so I called them to inquire about the door on Sept. 22. No answer. I called the next day - no answer. I called the business next to them and they informed me that Ward had packed up and moved to TN. On the 5th of October Ward called my husband at work. He told him that the door would be in on Oct. 13th. My husband told him that it was too late. We had already cut a hole in the wall and installed a new door. Ward told us he couldn't give us our money back because he had no use for the door. That was it.
Description of Work: I ordered a double door from them. On my receipt it said a 3-4 week delivery.
