I first met Kenneth at an associate of mine house were he was doing some painting. At that time I need to have some painting done and I hired him. I was very pleased with the work and he has been my Painter ever since. K and G Painting is reasonably priced and you will be pleased 100%. I have used them on several ocasions.

He was late getting here he said he had trouble with his van. He missed painting the back of a door and there's paint on the door knob flanges and paint splatters on my new hardwood floors and stair steps and some paint runs and there's some nail pops that are still visible!!!

Kenneth was fantastic! He did such a great job - we highly recommend him. He was extremely professional and I was stunned at how efficiently he and his son worked. I did a full day of zoom calls even when they were inside painting! His pricing is also completely reasonable.

We're in HEAVEN! We rehired Ken and his son of KG Painting for a second time--the first time was last year to paint our garage and downspouts; this time it was to paint the inside of our new Pulte home in a variety of complimentary and accent colors and show off the 5" baseboards and trim throughout! We can't believe how rich each room looks and how the colors all came together. It was a lot of detail work and they did a fantastic job in two days, leaving everything very clean with a beautiful designer look, exactly what we were hoping for. They used high quality paint from the Sherwin Williams and Benjamin Moore colors we selected from Sample.com. Finally, they are delightful, friendly, and positive to work with and we are lucky to have found them on Angie's List. We highly recommend KG Painting.

Painted the entire interior of our home. Only took 2 days. Did an excellent job. We had several quotes and his was the best price by far and his work was great. I was very pleased!

KG Painting was very quick to return my call and come out to give an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable and I decided to go with them. I am so glad I did. They were on time, very polite and respectful of my things and the walls look amazing. You will not go wrong if you hire them. I already have an estimate for additional rooms to be done!

I didn't want to leave negative feedback for Kenneth and was just going to leave NO feedback, but his final email did me in. Please see full story below: Kenneth was not the lowest quote we got, but my husband liked him so we hired him and crew to paint our home before we put it on the market to sell. They fell behind schedule and the only reason I found out was because I emailed HIM 3 days before the project was supposed to start. So, we were patient and waited. They finished the job in 2 days (working 7:45 to about 4:00pm). However, after they left, I noticed quite a bit of paint on my floors and many places that were just flat out missed or not gone over a second time so the old paint shows through. They lost screws to my outlet covers. So, I contacted Kenneth and he said they are professionals and he's been doing this for over 28 years (I have the email) and they will come out and fix the problems. I went through my house and put colored tabs on the places that needed to be addressed. I get home on Monday and he STILL missed MANY places, left paint splatters on floor in upstairs bathroom and in the master bathtub and some places were half cleaned up. So....I contacted him again and told him that I was very unhappy with this whole thing and that he had missed many spots. I've had other contractors in my house working on various things, and several have commented to me that it was not a professional paint job as you can see the new color on my ceiling in a LOT of places. I told him that my husband was going to fix the things he STILL didn't take care of, but I didn't pay my husband almost $3,000 to do the job right the first time and added again that I was VERY unhappy with this whole thing. When Kennneth replied to my concerns, his exact words were: "Sorry I don't reply to stuip comments from stuip people. Have a blessed day.". Sorry, calling me stupid, was the final straw and that is why I am leaving this TRUTHFUL review of how his work was and how "professional" he is. I wish him the best as he and his crew seemed like really nice people, but they don't need to be on here with an A rating with an attitude like that. And note, he didn't offer to come back once more and actually do his job this time. I'm furious. I have many, many photos, but I can only upload 10 of them here, so I don't know which 10 loaded, but it should be enough to show what I'm talking about.

KT Painting didn't honor their estimate of $1,715 and agreed on an-add on of a $125. On the second day of the job, Owner/painter texted me stating that he would have to have an additional $525 to finish the job because two coats of paint weren't covering some of the walls. The owner/painter admitted, when I asked, that primer wasn't used. Originally he had said the job would take two days. Also on the second day he said he wanted a partial payment of $700 when he made the demand for more money. I agreed to pay about half of the extra money he demanded. His attitude was poor after I would not pay the entire increase demanded.

Great! They were here on time and working every minute. They were witty, courteous, helpful and fast. They weren' the cheapest estimate but I was impressed with Kenneth when he came to do the estimate. It didn't take me long to see I made the right choice. The only thing we did was empty the closets. They were done in 2.5 days with 1800 sq ft of painting. If you want it done right, no mess, no mov ing furniture then call KG Painting! You will be pleasantly surprised!

Professional, punctual and at the right price, these guys are easy to work with and diligent once beginning. Btw, unlike other contractors, they don't leave trash and other debris on property for you to clean up afterwards.
