They were very professional from the time of the estimate thru the completion of the job. They hauled off the old roof and cleaned up after themselves. The roof not given us any trouble except after one storm a few corner shingles came off. I called and Virgil himself came out and replaced them. I would use them again and would recommend them also. I tried to use them recently for a bathroom remodel, but he was in the throes of a big job and wouldn't be finished in time to get my remodel done in my timeline. Very upfront and wouldn't take on the job when he knew he couldn't finish when I wanted it done.

Mr. Cochran arrived on 12 April 2012, at the time he'd said he would be here. Looked over the plans for my septic system, discussed and clarified any vagueness there was in the permit and his plan. He went to work on thursday the 12th and would've been done on the following day except for difficulties encountered in locating the drain coming out of the house. The original builder, Todd Prince Construction, LLC, had buried the drain coming out of the house 18and quot; below the footers and 18and quot; under the house, without clearly defining the exact location of the drain. Thus, Mr. Cochran spent an unnecessary 4.5 digging and looking for the drain that should've been clearly marked and identified by the original builder. Once located, the entire installation went off without a hitch! Due to the waste of time spent looking for that drain that should've been clearly marked, the installation took an extra half day, carrying it into Monday, 16 April 2012. Also, I want to mention that on Sunday, 15 April 2012, Mr. Cochran came to the worksite (apparently after church) to fill in some of the field lines with rock and gravel, due to the possibility of 60% chance of rain in the weather forecast. The man is truly a conscientious person and a professional. Very few builders would do such a thing! If you have any questions that I haven't answered, please feel free to call me and ask. We were so pleased with Cochran's work when he built our barn that I decided to hire him to install a bow window in our house. He was careful to be sure he understood exactly what I wanted and within a few days we received his estimate -- which, by the way, is more an actual than an estimate. It was the exact price. Mr. Cochran and his workers are extremely polite and quiet. I don't think they talk about anything except the job at hand. They do not eat, drink, or smoke in the customer's house. They clean up after themselves. About a week after the project was finished, Mr. Cochran called to ask if there were any problems that he needed to address. And did I mention that they were quiet, polite, and cleaned up after themselves?
