They came in to do the install without the following: Level, compressor, wood, nailer,nails,and ladders. Generally speaking I would rate this install as one of the worst I have experienced. The initial contract was with Lowes and Lowes did send in someone to complete the install, the experience with Lowes leaves me with a bad taste for Lowes contracted installers. When doing business in the Nashville area avoid Nottingham, they may be cheaper but it's for a good reason.
Description of Work: They were to remove and install replacement windows. Their work was sub-standard.

Just to set the record straight for anyone reading. The member said, "They came in to do the install without the following: Level, compressor, wood, nailer,nails,and ladders." Well, We have a level, compressor, lumber, a nailer, plenty of nails, and 10 different ladders. Everytime we mentioned going to the truck to retrieve our tools, the member says, "oh don't do that! you can use mine!" So, thinking that the member is a nice and generous man, we gratefuly accept his offer. He seemed easy going the whole job. But it just goes to show you how two faced people are. I can see he didn't mention that after we left, the member and his pleasant wife called lowes to complain; and after recieving $1000 from lowes ($550 of which came from our company, because we don't need to eat or anything) and having another installer come in and do FREE trim around the windows, they still aren't happy. He also didn't mention that we had to rent a lift to get to his 100 year old windows, at no charge to the member, because we're just nice like that. Well, we have learned our lesson and will no longer be accepting anyone's generosity. We have been in business since 1990 and have always strived to do a quality job. This one instance should not deture anyone from calling on our services.
