Description of Work: They installed a new hvac and replaced duct and trunk lines. Upgraded the service panel and ran a few new wires. |The following winter after service was completed, it became evident that the dual fuel heat pump was only running off gas. It took several phone calls over a couple of years to get them back out to the house to follow up on something they said they were going to do in the first place. |The owner sent a sub to fix it, but they wound up frustrated, unable to make the repair, left my house cursing and ran over my neighbor's mailbox, leaving me to fix it. |He then sent a second sub while I wasn't home, the duel fuel still doesn't work properly, and we no longer speak.

He gave me a bid and then there were some electrical things that came up, as sort of surprises and he had to come back a few times, but there were no added additional charges or anything. He was willing to work until I was satisfied.
Description of Work: I used Kim Gentry at Gentry Mechanical for my electrical work.
