+ -1 moreT & H was incredibly outgoing with their customer service. We had specific questions about a new system (Noise levels and sizing). They made their recommendations and nailed it. We got a killer split unit installed for a great price. They are, in my opinion, the best around.
Description of Work: New unit installation with advice as to what I needed to solve the issues I was having.

+ -1 moreI have never been disappointed in his response time, or of the quality of his work. He has consistently been prompt, courteous and his prices have been in line with other professional peers. His last visit was to install a UV light in the air handler area of the system to help with mold in the house. It has worked well, noticibly better air quality, as our family has allergy issues. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends, relatives or strangers.
Description of Work: This is a young man who has more than 15 years experience in this field. He worked for a national company for a number of years before starting his own company. He initially was a referral from a friend more than three years ago now. My 7-yr-old A/C unit stopped operating in the middle of the summer and I called, and left a message for him. He called back that same morning and came the next day to give an estimate. His estimate was reasonable, slightly below the other two estimates I had from people who did not come to the site. He got the needed parts and returned later that same day to repair it. He held to the estimate and I've been calling him ever since. He seems to be quite knowledgeable and has always given me options from replacement to repair, allowing me to choose. He will give a forthright opinion, if asked, and does not charge separately for a trip charge during weekday business hours.

Description of Work: He reviewed the Air Conditioner/ Heating unit, which is15 years old. He repaired the unit with a simple hose replacement. He was fair and gave specific information about future costs and how to care for the unit properly.
