Description of Work: Doug arrived promptly and quickly went to work hooking up three sinks (one kitchen, one prep, one bathroom) and drains. He had everything he needed in the truck and made the job look easy (from my point of view, it would have been difficult!) Along the way, Doug gave me tips and tricks that I would otherwise have not known. I would hire Doug again in a heartbeat!

Description of Work: Doug's Plumbing Repair Service repaired a leaking ice maker line.

Description of Work: Our bathroom sink was clogged beyond the p-trap and had pushed up into the vent to the outside. We spent hours working on it before calling Doug's Plumbing (snaking, compressed air, water bladder)...nothing worked! Doug arrived and within minutes knew exactly where the clog was, jumped up on our roof and cleared the clog from the vent. Unrelated to the clog, he also replaced a toilet tank kit and checked the water pressure to our house because I'd been complaining of decreased water pressure in my kitchen and shower. Instead of gouging us with parts we didn't need, he popped the caps off, scraped out the lime build up, and the pressure was back to normal!

Description of Work: I live on a hill and water pressure has always been a problem. They have built 6 new homes in the last 5 years and each time a little less pressure. I had 2 other plumbers come out. One said he would get back to me, never seen or heard from. The other said in his 23 years of plumbing he never heard of increasing pressure he'd talk to his boss. Later a call fom their office to see if every thing was ok. I was waiiting to hear from them she said ok and never heard from again. Doug called me and said that he would try and get out before the week was up but he was pretty busy. Sure enough on Thursday he called and said he would be by in an hour. 45 minutes latter he arrived. I explained about the lack of pressure and how I had been looking at big box stores for an answer. He checked the pressure 23lbs. I also mentioned the shower which I very rarely got wet all at one time. He went upstairs to the shower pulled off the head and handed me a littke washer said that should make it a little better same thing in the kitchen. I told him that the price was around 800. just for the equipment. He told me "I'm gonna watch your money like its my money." He'd look around and get back to me. Sure enough the next Friday I get a call he tells me the price picks it up comes over and puts it in. OH YEAH within an hour and a half We have 45 of pressure.

Description of Work: Doug replaced a water heater.

Description of Work: Doug& his assistant replaced a licking outside faucet & joint by my patio. They installed a new float value on my livestock waterer.

Description of Work: Repair to faucet. Outside work, done well.

Description of Work: I had a leaky commode. It was leaking around the bottom. I believe the part that he replaced to stop the leak was the seal.
