Description of Work: This was extensive work. Included were wall refurbishment, trim caulking, trim and wall painting in 8 rooms. There was considerable work on ladders some as high is 12 feet. These professionals were prompt, polite, and very hard working. They worked 8+ hard hours a day for about a solid week. As many as 4 people worked hard and long. They were pleasant and easy to work with. Highly recommended. Although they may seem pricy, we were extremely satisfied with the work and do not regret hiring the best.

Description of Work: Magnifical Painting was wonderful! They painted every room in our home, including ceilings and trim. Our home was all one color with white ceilings and trim. We were tired of the dullness. Now we have beautiful colors in every room with accent walls, and it looks absolutely gorgeous. The crew are all family, and work excellent together. They were finished with the entire job in one week. They worked neatly, were on time every day and put in a full days work. We really enjoyed having them in our home. We felt perfectly comfortable leaving them there when we couldn't be home. We would definitely have them do a job for us again.

Description of Work: We had used Magnifical Painting to do interior painting and to update our deck and were so pleased with them that we have now had them paint the outside of our house which included some very high soffit and replacement of a damaged piece as well. They arrived on time and went right to work and painted exterior doors, window frames, garage doors, and the wooden front section of the house. It is just beautiful and we are extremely pleased with the result. We had purchased new shutters that they also installed. I just can't say enough about what a great job they do and they are very neat and professional throughout the entire job.

Description of Work: Magnifical Painting pressure washed my front and rear decks, replaced a stair handrail, performed minor repairs, painted the deck support structures, stained the decks, stained railing on front deck, and painted the railing on the rear deck. The front deck is approximately 100 SF in plan and the rear deck is approximately 200 SF. They also pressure washed the foundation below the existing siding and painted it.

Description of Work: Painting our living room, upstairs hallway, stairwell in a split foyer, downstairs hallway, and large family room, which included painting the brick fireplace and the ceiling. We then added having our deck redone to replace all horizontal wood with a composite.

Description of Work: Magnifical Painting painted our media room. They made minor repairs to the walls that included nail pops and loose drywall tape.

Description of Work: This price included painting all of the rooms in our home with the exception of 2 small bathrooms. It also included all of the closets and all of the ceilings. Our home has a great room with very tall walls and ceilings and this price also included repair of all nail holes and other wall imperfections in every room.

Description of Work: First - we live out of state, and used Angie's List to find someone to paint our home. We bought an older home which had not been stained or painted since it was new (at least since 1986). The home was very weathered. The crew from Magnifical Painting pressure-washed the exterior, repaired termite damage to one exterior wall, replaced any rotted fascias, replaced a 6'-wide exterior door, and painted the exterior. The house is a complex shape with a lot of surface area. It took several coats of paint in some areas to achieve a uniform look. They not only painted the house, but the decks and carport area to include support structure. These folks did a great job, and we would definitely use them again. While we were visiting our home, Rebecca Conner (the owner) consulted with us to be sure that everything was being done according to our desires. All the folks we have met from Magnifical have been great to work with. It is hard to know (from a distance) if you are dealing with a reputable company, and I am pleased to say that Magnifical Painting follows through. It is hard from the contractor's perspective, as well - they also have to trust that they are dealing with folks who honor their committments. I would be happy to use Magnifical for future painting projects (if budget allows, and if the interior gets to be too much for us - we're calling them!). They traveled quite a ways to do the work on our house, and for that we are very grateful.
