This company came in and did a spectacular job, on time and with professionalism, daily. Mr. Dave Brakebill (Owner) and his supervisor, Brad, have worked with us throughout the process, always explaining every step. Before any job was performed, the explanation came first. They were so wonderful in helping out with any pool/paver needs. We were truly new to all of this, but with the help of Dave and Brad, it was the best experience we have ever had with a contractor. One can understand that contractors sometimes do not say what they are going to do, but the DMC OUTDOOR LIVING company proves that to be wrong. They always came at the time they said they would be there and always explained the details of the job that day. The place now looks like it came out of a magazine. The most beautiful backyard you'll ever see, thanks to DAVE BRAKEBILL (DMC Outdoor Living) and his team. If I could give this company a 10-stars, this company deserves just that! Understand that Dave and his team came in after the pool was installed and installed all of the pavers, did all of the landscaping, and the rock wall. Not to mention all of the flowers and trees planted. This company does it all. I will hire this company again in the future and will always recommend them to anyone who needs their backyard to look like it came out of a magazine."

"I am writing to formally address the issues concerning the project I hired Jackson of J & M Concrete to complete at my property. The scope of work was to diagnose and repair a pond leak as well as address a sinkhole, with an estimated project completion time of 2-3 days. The estimated total price was $6300, of which 50% was to be paid in advance, $3150 was paid. On January 2, 2025, Jackson, of J & M, poured some concrete, which was to cure and settle before the next phase. The project was left incomplete. Jason removed all equipment and left the job site by the next morning, leaving large ruts in the yard from the trackhoe and other heavy equipment. The sinkhole was not addressed, nor the pond leak. It has remained unfinished and has been getting worse during the last 2 and a half months. I called days two and three when there was no sign of them coming back and made numerous phone calls over the next couple months to find out when they would be back to finish the job, seeing as they were paid beyond the scope of the job they did. It has been more than 2 ½ months and no return phone call. At the end of February, I received a letter from the concrete company contracted by J &M, Smyrna Ready Mix Concrete, which is seeking payment for their services – “Notice to Contractor and Request for Notice of Commencement, O.C.G.A & s.44-14-361.5.” I called them and found out that their bill had not been paid by J & M. I notified Jackson about this matter and he texted back saying he was in Florida and would call in the upcoming week due to a death in the family. As of today, March 13, the pond continues to leak, and the sinkhole remains unresolved, even growing in size. The equipment used during the project caused enough damage to require that additional fees be spent for hiring a landscaper to address the ruts in the lawn left by the trackhoe, as well as the excavated hill dirt used to block the creek from flowing into the pond. The partial blockage diverted the water, causing it to overflow its banks. Fortunately, the blockage has since been cleared."
