Valor Custom Tiling

My experience with them wasn't good because the work that they did was not good. It was uneven and what we ended up with was not specifically what we'd requested. I would be careful using them because I thought the price was fair but the work was inferior and then they did not complete the work and we can't get them to come back. They won't return our phone calls and won't follow through and finish the job. Our upstairs bathroom is still not complete, the top of the shower area is incomplete, and they were supposed to, in lieu of that, refund money which they haven't done, though I'd rather they just come finish the job. They're very enthusiastic, nice, pleasant and reassuring up front when they talk to you and give their estimates, but when they come back the estimates are incorrect or incomplete and so they're wanting more money, and getting them to follow through with work that's not inferior is very difficult. I would not recommend them, but if you use them do not pay them until the job is done because they ask full payment for the guys yet they won't come back to finish.
