+ -1 moreIf I sent him a text message about a property, he would at least respond that he got the message instead of ignoring me and getting back to me three or four days later. He was working the list because I had sent him a list of 5 or 10 houses. He would say that he was working it and ask me when it would be good to meet. He set them up because he knew that I did not like to be ignored for three or four days. To me, that's unprofessional. He was very professional and very in tune with his customers' needs. The cost was 6% of what my purchase price was.
Description of Work: Stephen Anderson is a realtor. I was looking for a four bedroom house in the Cordova/Germantown/Heartwood area that was my price range with a big enough backyard. We stumbled across together the house that I'm in now.
