+ -1 moreWe had hired Shane to repair the jets in our spa. He said her ordered them. Then when we hadn't heard from him for a couple of months I called him and he apologized and said he had been laid up after an accident. He said he would be over to replace the jets on the weekend. He did not show up. We called him again and he said he would be over on the next weekend so we drained the spa 1/2 way so that the jets were above water. When we came home the jet casing was 1/2 way in on one of the broken ones. Now he is not answering his phone again and so I found someone else to come do the job. When I tried to call him back and cancel the job his voicemail was full. I hope he is ok.
Description of Work: No services were ever completed.
