+ 0 moreBuilding a home four hours away is a struggle but Tommy Simmons made the process easier.
Description of Work: Tommy was the contractor for the home we bought, which was about three weeks into the building process when we purchased it. We were living four hours away and most of our communication was through e-mails. He was very receptive to our requests and needs and always very quick to answer our questions or concerns. We are very pleased with his quality work and we highly recommend him.

+ 0 moreThey did not finish on time. The workmanship/craftmanship was extremely poor. The electrical wiring they performed did not function properly and had to be redone - not by them. The travertine floor tile cracked within 6 months - they said it was not there problem. Did not seal around new windows or doors. Did not really complete the job as proposed. Would not recommend to anyone!
Description of Work: They added an addition to our home including electrical wiring, tile flooring, concrete siding, doors, windows, and insulation.
