He told me I had all the materials I needed. When he got on the job he told me I needed more materials. He was to stain the wood and they were in such a rush that the stain was unevenly applied, applied to some of the wrong areas. He used a defective 4 x 4 as a support when there was another that was not defective available. He did not cement one of the support columns into the ground even though there was a bag of cement available to him. He jerry-rigged a bannister/railing because the standard size was not long enough and instead of putting another post in, glued two pieces of railing together. The balustrade for that area has already come loose and will have to be repaired and the glued sections look awful. Nice guy, good talker, but I was not impressed with the quality of work and although he said he could have it done in a day, the work stretched out over three weekends. I would not use again.

We changed the order of the cabinets based on his suggestions. They were all very professional and clean. There are couple of warranty issues that I think they knew about, but I have yet to follow up on that.
