I was very satisfied with Jacob and his crew. They were courteous and knowledgable, and very very patient as I was not sure exactly how I wanted the landscaping to look. Both waited for over an hour while I moved the edging of the landscaping around as well as changed positions of the fire pit. I felt that they did a beautiful job and they also suggested several things I could do on my own in the yard to improve the existing landscaping. I was always able to reach him on the phone, and they arrived on time each time we met (about 4 times), and in fact were early once. The landscaping continues to look lovely.
Description of Work: Trimmed trees, cleared brush, created a stone patio, created a fire pit, planted rose bush, provided an artificial rock river and bridge.

G2, Jacob Geinosky (field operations supervisor) was contracted to perform 9 separate tasks, after 2 months he had begun each of them to some degree and did not complete any of them. At that point, we asked him to remove his equipment and leave the property. He rarely showed up on site and when he did it was only for a few hours at a time. Although he is listed as a supervior, he did most of the work alone or with one assistant. When asked about why he was not finishing the work, he always had some excuse. He gave us several targets dates to complete the work and never met any of them. We made several changes to the work requested and agreed to pay additional monies for the extra work. The work was only partially completed. About half way through the project, he began to complain that the materials were costing more than he had planned. The sod that was installed has weeds and is of poor quality, some of the sod has died. When confronted about the lack of progress, He told me that he was not a full time landscaper. His business card clearly says "Landscapes & Construction, Plan, Build and Maintain." We cannot recommend Mr. Geinosky or G2 Landscaping at Garden Gallery for any work.
