Then this fall we had James put a new roof on our garage. This was a complete tear-off. He had to put down new plywood in places, installed 3 new vents, ice and water shield, fascia and soffit, and new blue shingles (which he had to match to those on our house). Clean up was included. Once again, he did a fabulous job. James Rekos is a true master of his craft with more than reasonable prices. We were very pleased.
Description of Work: James Rekos of Chimney's Plus repaired our chimney this summer. We had been having severe leaks which were coming through the ceiling drywall. Right after his repair, we had unusually severe rain storms. We've never had any further problems with leakage. This work included tear off, ice and water shield put on, installing shingles with flashing all around the base and step-flashing, repair of the crown, etc. James redesigned the top of our chimney so that in the future the bricks wouldn't crack up and fall apart as they had been doing before. He did an awesome job of matching our old bricks (which were 44 years old and not made anymore) and shingles.
