+ 0 moreI called him to set up an appointment after he was referred to me. He never came the first time and I waited one and a half hours for him. I called him, but he made excuses and set up another appointment. I waited an hour again, so I called left another message. He has never been responsive.
Description of Work: He was supposed to do some masonry or pavers.
