Description of Work: I tried to contact these guys 4 times. No response. I finally flagged down a van with their logo on it and the employee said he would contact the owner. Never heard anything, I finally called an left a message. I did finally get a call 3 weeks after my first inquiry, by then I had my property rented.

+ -1 moreTheir service has a 5 year guarantee. During year 2 some of the coating starting to wear off in spots. I called 5 times in 3 weeks and my call was never returned. When I finally got the local rep. on the line he told me the owner was out of town, but someone would call back. I waited 10 days and never got a call back.
