Very thorough examination of our system, something that two other previous duct cleaning services did not do the past 2 1/2 years we have lived in this house. This time Elite addressed the dust accumulation throughout our house & that has been reduced by AT LEAST 85%. The gentlemen were careful thruout our home & made some worthwhile suggestions about our entire HVAC system. I'll have them service my HVAC unit for the summer shortly.

They were very professional and did a good job cleaning the ducts I'm sure. However, this did not solve my dust problem. We still have too much dust in the house. Not their fault but this was a waste of money.
