The techs with Elite took their time and didn t rush through the job. They were clean, very thorough, and helped me troubleshoot some existing problems we were having with our units. I would gladly hire them for more work in the future! Also super polite!

We were installing a smart thermostat. The Nest doesn't work with a dual heating unit. John was able to get the proper thermostat and install it. Works perfect.

We had our air and duct vents cleaned. I love these people. On my first call with Tonya she was very easy to talk with, she knew answers to the questions I asked. When I didn't know what I was asking about she did. She was very easy to work with my schedule. John and Brandon were early, very pleasant, easy going, knowledgeable, very friendly. We fell in love with them. They were professional on their work, My grandson(5years old) said Brandon was his friend. He talked with him the whole time he was here. They did an excellent job. Cost of the project was very reasonable. We will have them back for some other projects. Already booked.

Everything was explained when I called for an appointment and again when the crew arrived, on time. John and Brandon were very courteous and well organised They took every precaution to keep my floors clean and I now have clean air ducts and vents.

These guys did a great job cleaning our ducts. Keep in mind when you are having this done that overhead registers will lead to dust and debris on your furniture and floors. Best to cover things up beforehand. Really nice people. Mike
