+ -1 moreI had a damp spot in my tile which we were not sure how or where the water was coming from. Jeff went under the house and isolated the problem to a ice maker that was draining around the exit plumbing instead of in the plumbing. He is to come back in two weeks to make sure the problem is solved.
Description of Work: Jeff found a wet problem i was having with my tile.

+ -1 moreHe spent a few hours trying to unfreeze the ice in the pipe as well as replacing it. He spent quite a long time during this service call, but it didn't reflect in the charges. He was very reasonable. He gave me tips in how to prevent this in the future also.
Description of Work: He worked on a frozen pipe.

+ -1 moreAfter five plumbers who couldn't find my water leak, Jeff did. He found it fixed and fixed my sewer within just a couple hours. He charged way under what he should have for the work preformed and time it took. He was great and I will never ever use anyone else. I called the next day and he was right out to fix my toilet, which had nothing to do with the prior problems and did not charge one penny.

+ -1 moreHe arrived on time. He knew how to remove old dishwasher. He didn't need help to carry out old dishwasher or bring in new one. The new one was installed and tested. It did not work! So he went back to store and picked up another one and promptly brought it back, installed and tested. This one worked fine. I was impressed with his knowledge, good manners, professionalism, and patience.
Description of Work: Mr. Spicer installed a dish washer from Lowe's. He was quick and very efficient. He even swept kitchen floor after he finished to "make sure to get up anything that may have dropped to floor". No plumber has ever done that before in my home. He brought in his mat to sit on and his bucket of tools.
