Danny and his crew are a pleasure to work with. They have been in constant contact throughout this process.

I woke up that morning and had no heat. I called Danny Larcom heating and air. A service man showed up in about 1 and 1/2 hours. He checked my thermostat. Then he did a very thorough inspection of my heating unit and found that the blower motor was out. Before he made the repair, he gave me an up front price to replace the blower motor. I liked that he discussed the price with me before he started the work without me asking. Once i approved the price, he put the blower motor on. He took the time to explain to me that I have a warranty for 1 whole year on the part and the labor. I thought the price was reasonable and service was very fast and the service guy was very informative. I have used them before for small electrical jobs and they have always been fast and reasonably priced. They don't charge a fee for coming out. They charge what they called a diagnostic fee of $59 (included in the total price) and that covered the whole time the service man was inspecting and trying to find the problem. That is a flat fee that they said wouldn't change no matter how long it took to find the problem. After you pay that diagnostic fee of $59, if you have a breakdown in the next 30 days for ANY reason they do not charge that fee again. My heater unit is older and that made me feel good.

My only complaint with the service is that I was told what day they would be there with no better estimation of time. We had to wait around at home all day. Other than that small problem, I'm very satisfied. Cost for a home visit was less (only marginally) than the other local HVAC provider, and the issue was resolved without attempting to sell us any unnecessary services or products. I would like to specifically name the person that answers the phone, Robert, in my review, as he has been exceedingly personable and friendly each and every time I've spoken with him, and even called to wish us a Merry Christmas. Regardless of whether it was only to retain my services or not, it's things like that that keep customers.
