+ -1 moreYou deal with the proprietor; the owner. He's very contemporary in terms of keeping up with the newest technologies like whole house wiring. He's also got certifications for generators on power interruptions which we use them for. He is pro-active in the sense if you're trying to do something, he'll do the research and give you alternatives and he doesn't have any bias towards the vendors or manufacturers; here's the strength and weaknesses on what he's suggesting. He's a good guide up to plan a job.
