Excellent service. Fixed settlement problem.

They did a good job. They had a long waiting list, but told me that up front so I was not surprised. In addition to the quoted work, they fixed another issue where a root had caused the sidewalk to buck up and crack. It was a very good experience and I would definitely use them again. A couple of my friends who are not on Angie's List also recommended them to me.

It's been over a week and these people haven't gotten back to me about the job. I sent photos as requested and he said he'd look at them. A couple of texts have been incomplete, ending mid-sentence. I don't know...

Jim and Rhonda from A-1 Concrete were awesome to work with. They were quick to respond and come out to give me an estimate. I got on their schedule the same day as they were booked for several weeks. They were great to communicate and let me know when they could come and do the work. They arrived on schedule and were quick to set up and get started. Watching the process was really amazing and I learned a lot from talking to them during the job. They've been doing this a long time and their confidence put me at ease. I was 100% satisfied with the work they did and my wife and I both really enjoyed talking with them and getting to know them. They are wonderful folks. I've already called about another job and I have recommended them to several friends.

They showed up when they said that they would. It took about three days to finish the work. They were very respectful and professional with their work, myself, property and my family. Always asked before they left their equipment and took extra precautions to ensure that that keep property clean. The price was what was exactly quoted even though quote was almost a year old. Would recommend to antone that needs this kind of work done

He rescheduled us about three weeks later and was two days late for that. The price was fail considering the two days of labor that his workers did @only $8.00/hr. but we believe they were under paid, considering what little their boss did.

They did a great job. It's still level. It was a very pleasant experience.

They came, they lifted part of porch they left. They returned in the AM and finished the job.

Outstanding service. Sidewalk that had noticeably sunk two inches was raised to the original position. Fully insured, locally owed as part of national franchise network. Crew was very polite and professional; there was no mess to clean up after they departed.

Very prompt in providing bid and contract. Because I had to delay the work for a few weeks, I think the contract got misplaced and I had to call and prod them. They promptly responded and did the work in a few days of the call. Courteous, clean, professional. Only time will tell if this will last the "forever" that it is guaranteed for. I would definitively recommend and use them again. I have no way to judge the price, as I didn't find anyone else in the area that does this type of work, but it seemed reasonable for the work involved. (If you aren't familiar with placing a pier on a sinking foundation, it is a little more complicated than you might think).

Received free estimate on leveling our front concrete porch due to it settling. Received quick estimate. We decided to wait a few weeks to have the work done and they followed up with a call to let us know they would be happy to do the work for us when we were ready. We finally called to schedule the work and the friendly and professional representative said they could do the work within 2 weeks, but they would call us if they had a cancellation. They ended up calling 2 days later and scheduled the work for the next day. The did exactly what we asked for and cleaned up after their work also. They demonstrated how the water now flowed off the porch to show it worked. They warranty their work as well. I feel like they did more work than I expected, so I was very pleased. They also leveled a cracked sidewalk for my mother-in-law and she was happy with their work. I would use them again, no question. It took slightly longer than they expected to get our porch to level, but they took their time and did not rush the job. I would not care if it took all day as long as they did the best job they could and that is what they did. My porch was also cleaner than when they started! It was worth the price to keep water from sloping off the porch into the basement. Concrete leveling in our case was much cheaper than demolishing and replacing the concrete. They also are supporters of the military which we are appreciate! I completely recommend this company.
