+ -1 moreTerrible experience. Took forever to get anything done. Capable of doing good work but not worth all the hassle you have to go thru to get anything done. Would not recommend them to anyone
Description of Work: Granite sink top and granite kitchen counter top. Supposed to do cabinets but never did. We had to hire someone else

+ -1 moreIt started out well, Tile Trends showed up as scheduled and gave us a very competitive estimate on the spot. We selected them over two other businesses (only one of which was competitively priced) that were not local, and signed a contract the following weekend, giving them a 50% deposit. They showed up as scheduled to remove the granite, storing it in our great room where we had agreed. The cabinets were replaced as scheduled the following week, but we could never get Tile Trends to come back out to install the new granite. Excuses ranged from "the slab came in damaged and had to be sent back" to several deaths in the family. After eight weeks without the use of our kitchen and great room, we contacted the owner and threatened legal action. He took charge and the job was finally completed, having taken a total of 12 weeks.
Description of Work: Kitchen granite countertop was removed (so that the cabinets could be replaced by another contractor), re-cut and installed in another room. New granite was cut and installed in the kitchen (after the counters were replaced).
