I spoke with Earl? from MLS on the 5th of June and asked him to provide a quote for the work I wanted to have done; he was at a job site and asked me to text him the specifications for what I wanted done and that he would get back to me that day. I texted the information right after the phone call, and after having not received a response for several days, I called him back to ask him what the estimate was. He gave me a rough estimate of $600 less than any other company I had contacted, and he said he would be by in a few days to check out the property himself. Despite calls and text messages, he gave me the run-around for 2 1/2 weeks, after which he texted me to tell me that he was out-of-state in FL and that he would measure when he arrived in TN again. One week later, a nice gentleman came to my house and measured for the fencing; he told me that they would call me later that day to set up an installation date and discuss any changes to the estimate. Having heard nothing for another week, I called MLS and left voicemails. Two weeks ago, I texted the company and said that if they didn't want to do my fence, that was fine, but please to let me know so I could contact another company. They quickly replied to that message (the same day!) and apologized profusely, saying they would get back to me soon. Another week went by, so I finally texted that they needed to give me a rough installation date or I was going to find another business. I received no reply. This company wasted 2 months giving me the run-around, were very unprofessional, and were nigh impossible to contact. Use a different company! Whereas this company took 2 months and didn't even give me an install date, just yesterday I contacted a DIFFERENT company, and my fence will be in this week!
