Denby Transfer & Storage LLC

I requested a free in-home consultation for moving. I received a call from North American Van Lines to set up an appointment. Then, I received an email confirming that their local agent, Denby, would come by around 12pm to survey my household items and furniture. No one showed up and no one called. Next, I sent an email to the company advising them of what happened. Again, no reply. After that, I called North American Van Lines to advise them of their local agent's lack of response. The representative called Denby. She told me that someone answered the phone and said that the company was on vacation (may have been family-owned). If that was the case, Denby should have made that known. Poor customer service!!
