About us

Bryant Builders LLC has been constructing and renovating homes for over 25 years. This company is managed by Lynne White, a licensed contractor in Tennessee since 1993 with experience in new construction, renovations, and land development. I am also a licensed Realtor having obtained a Tennessee real estate license in 1984. We have performed numerous jobs in the Gibson, Carroll, Coffee, and Madison County areas in addition to our current market. . I get alot of positive comments about being a female contractor, but it is what I grew up with and I gave up a banking career to do what I love. I love helping people and I love even more being able to create my own design for my clients. We use only the best subcontractors that are licensed and insured. I always say you get what you pay for. I can not rave enough about this builder. Lynne is extremely professional, detail oriented & kept our project on time and within budget. I have never built a home before & it can be overwhelming, but Lynne kept everything running smoothly. Lynne was able to make suggestions and ask questions that helped me to think about things I wouldn't have thought about otherwise. I have an absolutely beautiful home that I wouldn't trade for the world !.
