+ -1 moreMy wife has Alzheimer's She is forever dropping things into the toilet etc. This time it stopped things up, personal things dropped into it this time : O( I called Mr. Brian Petty, with Petty Plumbing, He gave me a time and was here as scheduled. Seemed in no time, he had the problem fixed, even though he had to remove the toilet take it outside so as to not soil my flooring, make several trips to get certain materials for my older type toilet, I was very afraid we would lose the item, but he managed to save it for me. Big thanks to Brian for the fine work he did for me..

Description of Work: Had to use backhoe and dig out drain. Then he put a clean out line in. He also installed a new thermostat on water heater and stop a drip in the kitchen faucet.

+ -1 moreLess than one hour we had hot water again. Outstanding work.
Description of Work: Our six year old electric water heater went out, thought we had to purchase a new one. But Mr. Petty replaced the heating element and it is working as a new one now. He could of just sold us a new one but his integrity and honesty in doing business is such a pleasure. We will be doing major remodeling in the future and Mr. Petty has all our future work.
