+ -1 moreWe initially called him after having many issues and concerns with our previous pest control company, which has since gone out of business. We paid hime $50 for an initial service special, and he has been back to our home 2 times since with nor further payment required. He backs up his service as promised, and we plan on continuing the use of his company through a quarterly preventive maintenance plan.
Description of Work: Patrick Landrum, the owner, has been to our home on several occasions to spray for pests and has always been on time, courteous, and professional. He came to our home this evening, only after a call late last week, and sprayed for some bug concerns we had in our home. He went above and beyond by looking under our children's bed to check for possible bed bugs, which he informed us has become a major concern in the Nashville area. Thankfully, we did not have bed bugs but he did educated us as to what to look for when if we do travel in the near future.
