We care for all your horticultural needs from fertilization and weed control to insect and disease control. We also can repair and maintain your underground irrigation system. Our entire staff is certified by the state of Tennessee's Dept of Agriculture. We never require contracts to do business. Our agreement, should you hire us, is based solely on your satisfaction. We have everything to gain by making you happy and much to lose if we don't.

Description of Work: Second Nature is always prompt, quick to call when a service is scheduled or needs to be rescheduled, and the work is good. They have additional services but do not "hard sell" those services. The work is high-quality - we are virtually weed-free, although I don't yet have the lush green lawn I desire. But then again, they're not responsible for reminding me to water! I will continue to use them.

Description of Work: They have been providing my lawn care chemical service for the last year. They are timely and even provide a phone call 24 hours in advance when they are coming. They pick up after themselves. If they open a gate they close the gate. Quick service yet thorough. I always get a letter of what they recommend and what they noticed needs to be taken care of. The only thing I don't like is that I was not aware that they just continued their service the next year even if you didn't sign up for it. They call it "a convenience to our customers, we continue your service from year to year." Yes, this is nice but to randomly have a bill that you didn't ask for is kind of weird. Maybe a nice little letter stating that they will be continuing their service if you dont want this please call to cancel, etc. Other than that. They are good service.
