Description of Work: My central unit is a Heat pump and when the temperature drops it is freezing in my house so I thought there must be something wrong with my unit so I had them do diagnostic check. They made an appointment for that afternoon and Arty was my serviceman and he called 30 minutes before he was arriving at my house and since I live alone that is very important to me. I have a split unit and he first checked the unit outside then went into the attic to check that part. After he had checked out everything he told me there was nothing wrong with my system which should be good news Right? for me it isn't because this means anytime the temperature drops I am going to have to use space heaters or get a gas heat unit. | |Arty explained how heat pumps work, answered my questions and pointed out things that caused the house to be so cold and electric bill so high that has nothing to do with the central unit? He was a great experience because he worked in a timely fashion, when going from working inside to outside he showed respect for me and my home by closing the door and not tracking up my floors. I really like that he was honest and didn't try to upsell me also that he took the time to tell me other things he felt could help keep the heat in my home Glad I got that Big Deal

Description of Work: They did a bathroom plumbing check and double checked the toilet when because there had been a problem with it. He was very thorough and assured me everything was in good order.

Description of Work: They replaced our entire A/C and furnace unit. They came out on Labor Day for no extra charge to check our unit, they determined that it was leaking, and were back the next morning to replace the entire unit. I would recommend them to anyone needing service in our area.
